- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Tried to contact the Somerset, NJ office to make some changes to the 3 insurance policies we already have and possibly add another insurance. Could not reach them and got a National office. Did not want to make changes over the phone since some discussion and clarification was needed. No way to leave a message and no way to find out when someone would be in the Somerset office. Seriously considering cancelling my policies. Cheaper is definitely not always better.
