  The only reason they are getting 1 star is because 0 is not available. If you want a good experience that is not suppose to be stressful, this would not be the place to go. I highly recommend you find somewhere else.

  I disagree with all of you. I conceived twins in 2003. They just turned 8 and they are very healthy. I had only one problem with a nurse named Adrian.........she was nasty. However, I had a VERY good overall experience with Dr. Michael Drews. Ask for him if you can. Dr. Bergh is also very good.

  RMA NJ is great. I cannot attest to, like some of the below entries, of its "success rate," for I've only been treated thus far with one IUI cycle. However, I feel the doctors, nurses and staff deserve a defense from the "J plus O" comment below. 1. You can't have everything. You can either go to an office that treats many couples and women (this is a cross many people bear!) in an efficient and timely manner, or one that is hours late and inefficient. When I'm in an office at 6 am for blood and ultrasound, I want efficiency over chit chat. 2. I have been well informed. My nurse, Christine, answers all my questions. They have the structure in the offices so that, because they have to be quick and efficient in the mornings, you have a 24 hour a day point person who answers all your questions and has time for your concerns. This is your nurse. I have never had a question she did not answer--via phone or email. 3. I don't know what this comment is talking about re: fast talking. The bedside manners of all the doctors I've seen--Murphy, Bohrer, Hock--have been lovely, gentle, informative and professional. No SNL. 4. Again, their system is such that the nurse you call (Christine) for your questions and who calls you for scheduling and information, is multitasking throughout the day. So, you are directed, always, to her answering machine. Yes, I have waited a few hours sometimes between calling and getting a call back but I've noticed two things: 1--she ALWAYS calls me back and 2--is very quick to answer emails. So, I tend to communicate with her this way. 5. I have never been treated with anything but patience, kindness, concern and humor. No rudeness from anyone. Again--most often when you go in for routine exams and blood work, you are going in from 6-7:30AM. People are just waking up, as are you! They are not paid to be entertainers, they are paid to be professional and competent. Again, I would rather have physicians and nurses whom I trust than a stand-up comedy routine. If this says anything, I just wrote my doctor a thank you note for the IUI cycle. Nothing has been proved yet, but the care and familiarity he demonstrated to me and my husband warranted a notice. As a wife of a physician, I am sensitive to the demands and stresses these doctors and health care professionals face. Give them a little slack. Cut them a break. They are people, too, awake early and serving you. I primarily go to Somerset, and am treated by Dr. Bohrer. But I've been to Morristown on the weekends and the staff are great there, too.
