- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible telephone systems. The offices rarely pick up so you are left to struggle through automated voice systems. I finally had to go into the office so I could make an appointment. They scheduled me at their office in New Brunswick. Upon arrival at the New Brunswick office I find out the Somerset office had actually not sent the appointment information over. They did end up squeezing me in and wrote me a prescription. Being pressed for time I did not check the name. Turns out the PA wrote the name of another patient.
