- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Appointment for 8:00 a.m. Reached there by 8:00 and to my luck, there was also another existing patient who was scheduled for the same time. I got to know that there is usually a wait time of 30 or so minutes. I was okay with the wait as it was my first appointment for a consultation. By 8:22 when i checked on the status, i was informed that it may be closer to 9:00 to be able to meet the Therapist. I left immediately as i couldn't afford to wait any further. It is unfortunate that there are still few businesses/Service Providers who do not respect other's time. I chose to meet with them as this practice was referred by the other business in the same complex and also because of the proximity. I later called their office and stated my disappointment and that i don't wish to come back later date. I do appreciate the honest response from the staff (who happens to be the therapist's son), If not for the information i would have been very frustrated and spoiled the rest of the day. If the timing or the wait time is not an issue, may you can try this practice. Wish i could give 0 starts.September 26, 2017by Meenakshi Avancha
