- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Is it possible to give a zero. Desk staff are so incompetent barely speak English and just so uncaring for the fact that you are sick. Didn't see a doctor - there is no doctor on site - there is an NP (who at least is nice) who works at her own pace and didn't get any follow up on my tests. Had to be sent out for an X-ray because their machine is not working. Called myself for follow up to be told I could come in to get my results - I would never step foot back in that nasty place. What a disgrace to healthcare professionals - I'm embarrassed for them. Never ever go here - I went out of desperation and finding the closest place that takes my insurance. No one even washed their hands or even introduced themselves not once that I was there - these are basics.
